AHOY CREATIVES! HIGHWAY’S WEB SERIES DEPARTMENT IS OPENING ITS DOORS TO UPCOMING PROJECTS - PITCH US YOUR WEB SERIES FOR THE CHANCE TO HAVE YOUR CASTING TAKEN CARE OF BY US PRO BONO AS ONE OF OUR PASSION PROJECTS THAT WE TAKE ON EACH YEAR.

Not everyone has the budget for casting but we’re endeavouring to make casting more accessible for emerging creatives. It’s so exciting to us to showcase the enormous benefit of casting professionally - I mean you wouldn’t really cast your next door neighbour in your project just because he’s the only 65 year old you know.. Would you?

We are passionately dedicated about celebrating stories representative of all identities.

We are looking for projects that will be ready to shoot in the next 3-5 months, nationwide across Australia. Submissions close Friday 11th March 5pm AEST.

From our first round submissions we will choose a selection of projects and invite team members in for a one-on-one (in person or virtually) meeting with Annabel Clayton, Head of Web Series Casting to discuss the possibility of collaborating.

We will then choose one project that we will be attached to.

Submission Requirements:

• We are only accepting Web Series (i.e. no Short Films).

• Projects must be intending to shoot in the next 3–5 months

• Majority of roles must be available to cast (i.e. you haven’t already cast all your leads)

• Collaboration open across all of Australia

• Submissions close on Friday 11th March at 11:59pm AEST
